Our Head Chef, Stéphane Pasquer, will amaze you with his own blend of traditional and gastronomic fare. At the heart of all his creations are fresh , local produce. We have three individually decorated dining rooms and for those warm summer days, a beautiful terrace of 120m² overlooking the valley. In winter time you can warm your spirit with a drink by the roaring fire in the Salon.
